记2019.11 关西深秋行~到京都的第一天就去预定菊乃井，结果想要的日期总店都没有，只能定了分店。逛好清水寺，直接一路走到菊乃井，预定的5点，准时到。每个预定的客人都有铭牌放在相应位子上，仪式感是满满的。有一份今日菜单，但也看不太明白。大厨一道道上，我们就一道道细品，大厨还会用简单的英文告诉你每一道的吃法要点，怀石料理真的吃的是服务、氛围和仪式。说实话，真的没有特别好吃，就记得蟹和金枪鱼好吃，其他的汤、烤物、亲子饭等等，都很普通。最后饭吃不完，他们会捏成饭团，方便客人带走食用。用餐体验是好的，味道在日本真算不上好，我在北海道随便吃一家，都比这个好吃。

京都有非常多传统的怀石料理，价位不便宜，对一般游客来说负担很大，但是像菊乃井　露庵就有只要4000日円的午餐套餐，对于想品尝怀石料理又没有太多预算的小资族来说，是个非常好的选择！说到日本料理，高级的怀石料理也是让游客趋之若鹜想要尝试的料理，非常能表现出日本文化。使用许多在地的食材，经过厨师精心烹调，变成一道道精致的料理，不仅是食材讲究，摆盘、食器等等都赏心悦目。

也是提前一个月通过某宝代订的，菊乃井本店太火爆订不到，只能改定了弟弟开的露庵菊乃井，米其林二星。地址也比较好找，在木屋町路口，木屋町一带参观很多、但这家店门口很低调很容易错过。进了门有别致的小溪小景观，日本人对内部设计也是很有讲究。在吧台坐下，厨师给了菜单，一道道菜品特别精致，虽只能通过英语大致判断里面的配料，但视觉味觉上都是新的体验，味道虽不及烤肉、拉面那么刺激，但也有怀石讲究的内涵在，所以也还是那句话，吃的是一份情怀和精致，店主叔叔也会送到门口，还会合影，很亲和～

两个人都定了7000的午餐，加上服务费，一人也才五百多人民币吧，居然是给很大的包间，每一道端上来都会解释，然后就出去了，我们在里面吃吃吃，非常舒适。樱花季，很多菜都有点缀，所有的食材都是当季的，鲜美。这个价格在中国根本吃不到这样水准的日料，所以就不要要求还能吃出满汉全席的味道了。本来怀石料理就不是靠味道取胜。

一定要预约的一家店，不然是没有位置的，提前一个月两个月都可以噢。    创意料理，创意值钱，服务好所以餐饮费力一定有服务费，吃环境所以装修不差，旅游么，该花就花。
